Anyone who is a smoker and would like to overcome the habit can find success with hypnosis. If you are a smoker you probably know of the toxic effects that cigarettes can have on the body but may find it hard to kick the habit.  Smokers understand that smoking is bad for their health, bad for their wallet over time and is increasingly unsociable. 


Hypnotherapy is the simplest and most efficient method for anyone looking to stop smoking without all the stress and effort. It is safe, natural and highly effective.


If you're a smoker who wants to stop smoking, you may have have tried Nicorette patches or gum. You’ve probably tried to go cold turkey and used other natural remedies or methods that claim to get rid of the cravings and discomfort. Yet, when all is said and done they haven't worked or helped to truly overcome this problem long-term. 


Why? Smoking is an addiction, and the root cause of this habit is actually in the subconscious mind, where our habits and behavior patterns are stored. Even though standard treatments will often address the chemical nature of addiction, they do not treat the core problem. Hypnotherapy is so effective for stop smoking because it does. 


While our conscious mind is logical and responds to reason, the subconscious mind does not. So, it doesn't matter whether we understand all the evidence that smoking causes cancer, gum disease, heart problems and every other side effect, or not. The compulsion and craving for cigarettes comes from the emotional response we have and not the potentially devastating risks associated with it. 


Smoking is often used as way to relax, release stress and anxiety and acts as an appetite suppressant for some. The subconscious learns this behavior over time and then triggers the cravings we have, over and over again. This is often learned during an initial experience when we have a positive response to smoking and then it gets compounded with positive reinforcement over a period time. Nicotine is also highly addictive and when combined with the triggers that cause cravings, it can be very difficult for a smoker to say no and fight through the immense urge to smoke. 


Hypnotherapy is highly effective and works because, unlike other methods, it addresses the root cause of cravings and helps eliminate the compulsion to smoke for good.
